MUN Consulting
I am recognized as a leader in Model United Nations (MUN) education, having directed over 25+ conferences, many with 200+ delegates. I have taught MUN as a class for 7-years (over 1,000 hours of instruction time, and have coached MUN for 15-years).
I founded the GECMUN conference in South Korea, JejuMUN in South Korea, and SPSCON in Honduras, and introduced crisis committees to the Korean MUN circuit in 2014, helping to reshape how schools approach diplomacy simulations.
From launching new programs to refining existing ones, I offer expert coaching, curriculum design, and delegate or chair training grounded in real, field tested experience. I also bring a unique perspective as someone who has taught MUN as a classroom course for five years, a rare and valuable role in international education.

Even as a school with almost two decades of a strong and established Model United Nations program, we found Mr. Harris’s crisis workshop incredibly valuable. His training brought a fresh perspective to our program and introduced us to the crisis committee for the very first time in our 24 years of hosting MUN.
Mr. Harris provided thoughtful insights and made the session highly interactive with activities that encouraged us to think on our feet. He even simulated a full crisis committee with us, offering direct, personalized feedback that was perfectly tailored to our conference’s crisis topic, which made it easy for us to understand and visualize how we would run it ourselves. Despite the time difference, Mr. Harris was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, making communication and coordination smooth throughout the process. After the sessions with Mr. Harris, we are now confident and excited to host our first crisis committee and introduce crisis into our MUN program for the first time ever.
As high school students running our own MUN conference, we wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Harris’s workshop to any program whether experienced or just starting out. His expertise and engaging approach make a real difference.
